OUR STORY

Donovan and Anastasia started their real estate journey together as a married couple in 2019. Anastasia was a teacher making less than 50k a year. Donovan, originally from Mexico City, was a barber and a serial entrepreneur. Neither one of them had a career connected to real estate or were high income earners. With a vision, and strong personal financial habits, they went from 0-5 units by renovating, refinancing, and renting properties in Indianapolis their first year of investing. Their second year in investing, they reached stage 1 of financial freedom where their rental properties could pay for their basic living expenses. Recently in 2022, they flipped a couple properties, transitioned two units to short term rentals, and made several offers on multifamily properties of over 20 units. Anastasia and Donovan enjoy traveling abroad, and have recently taken several trips to Europe and Latin America. One of their core values includes giving back to others, and they have both spoken at local real estate meetups, and have helped others start their journey in real estate investing. Their goal is to continue to build their portfolio and help others reach financial freedom. They believe anyone from any background can invest in real estate and reach their financial goals.
